Description
if we can make my method computationally efficient, it will be a decent way to estimate novelty for CCISS, at least as a start.
@kdaust i've put demo code and toy dataset in this repo in the [novelty](https://github.com/bcgov/CCISS/tree/main/Novelty) folder.
