Can we make latest doc not include unreleased features?

I was following
https://rules-testing.readthedocs.io/en/latest/analysis_tests.html#multiple-targets-with-the-same-settings and realized the feature is [not released](https://github.com/bazelbuild/rules_testing/pull/78/files#diff-06572a96a58dc510037d5efa622f9bec8519bc1beab13c9f251e97e657a9d4ed) yet.

I was wondering if we can make the default for https://rules-testing.readthedocs.io to be https://rules-testing.readthedocs.io/en/stable instead of https://rules-testing.readthedocs.io/en/latest/?
