Description
In the [`rules`](https://bazelbuild.github.io/rules_rust/rules.html?highlight=defs#rules) page, if I try to go to the [`defs`](https://bazelbuild.github.io/rules_rust/defs.html) page then I get 404. Due to this, some links in the module docs are also not working.
