Hello,
We see failures on the [ci.bazel.io](http://ci.bazel.io/blue/organizations/jenkins/PR%2Frules_closure/detail/rules_closure/2/pipeline/) (or [here](http://ci.bazel.io/blue/organizations/jenkins/PR%2Frules_closure/detail/rules_closure/8/pipeline/) or [here](http://ci.bazel.io/blue/organizations/jenkins/PR%2Frules_closure/detail/rules_closure/2/pipeline/)) where rules_closure fail with too many open files. We think it's the closure worker. Anything comes to mind? How can I help debugging this further?
