Description

Is there an example of how to generate a `.pkg` that would install by opening on a Mac? (Or have I missed a way to do this with a `bundle` ?)

If not, is there someone to whom I can send beer, cake, pizza, starbucks to coerce?

Research direction

Start by checking the existing bundle examples and the pkgbuild-related entry points mentioned in the issue to determine whether rules_apple already supports producing a macOS .pkg. Done means adding a clear, runnable example that creates an installable package, or documenting the supported bundle-based workflow and its limitation.
