On the latest versions of bazel and io_bazel_rules_go, this command results in a `No matching toolchains found for types @bazel_tools//tools/cpp:toolchain_type.` error. Additionally, all of the `@androidndk//:*` targets in the toolchain section do not exist at all. If these have a dependency on specific version of bazel, it would be helpful to mention that in these docs.

Review https://bazel.build/docs/android-ndk, especially the integration-platforms section, and reproduce the reported toolchain error with current Bazel and io_bazel_rules_go versions. Check which dependency versions and @androidndk targets are supported; done means the page documents the required versions and accurately describes the available targets.
