Description

### Description of the bug:

Currently it's not possible to share .projectviews between this plugin and Hirschgarten, because Hirschgarten supports more projectview attributes. This plugin refuses to use projectviews with unsupported attributes.

Research direction

The issue identifies projectview parsing in the Bazel IntelliJ plugin as the entry point, but names no file or test. Begin by locating that parser and reproducing the incompatibility with a projectview containing Hirschgarten-only attributes; done means those attributes no longer prevent the projectview from being used.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
