Downloaded [bazelisk-darwin-arm64](https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazelisk/releases/download/v1.16.0/bazelisk-darwin-arm64), tried to run it and got this pop up:
"“bazel” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."
