Description

### Page link:

https://bazel.build/install/redhat

### Problem description (include actual vs expected text, if applicable):

bazel4 is too old to run couple of bazel rules. this is especially true for rules_rust. with bazel5 rather than bazel4, no issues are observed. so, please update or put some comments on the latest bazel for fedora. thank you.

Research direction

Start with the installation page at https://bazel.build/install/redhat and compare its Fedora instructions with the current Bazel version referenced in the issue. Done means the page no longer directs Fedora users to Bazel 4 without explanation and clearly reflects the supported latest version or its limitations.
