### Problem description (include actual vs expected text, if applicable):
Hi,
I'm pretty fresh in C++ development.
From the tutorials, i can only see how to build a C++ project, what about to publish a C++ library into a kind of repository? it's just like when we talk about Maven in java, it's not just build artifact but also support how to build/pack/release/versioning the artifacts.
