Description

Research direction
Start with the Ubuntu installation instructions in site/docs/install-ubuntu.md and review issues #11994 and #12222 for the existing arm64 installation and release context. Confirm what the apt repository publishes for arm64; done means an arm64 release is available through the recommended apt installation path.
