Description
No matter what is passed on the command line, Sky Query effectively loads the universe scope with `--keep_going`. When the universe scope is large, it can thus take a while to get the command prompt back even if errors occur quickly. It would be nice if Sky Query loading followed the normal `--[no]keep_going` semantics.
