Description
I noticed that when I upgrade to v2.0.0-rc0 I can't push a multiplatform image index into ECR. Root cause seems to be that the schemaVersion is missing.

Reproduce the failure by pushing a multiplatform image index to Amazon ECR with v2.0.0-rc0, then inspect the generated index.json for its schemaVersion field. Done means the index includes schemaVersion and the multiplatform image push succeeds in ECR.
