Considering supporting `ty`?

Now that `ty` is out of beta, I was wondering if you considered adding an equivalent `rules_ty` bazel rule?

Let me also take this moment to thank you so much on the work you're doing and maintaining the `rules_mypy` aspect, which are super helpful for anyone who wants to have the build fail when types are incorrect :)

Start by reviewing the existing rules_mypy aspect in this repository and the requested equivalent rules_ty rule. Research how ty is invoked and integrated with Bazel, then define what a complete equivalent would need to support. Done means an agreed scope and a working rules_ty implementation with appropriate validation.
