Generated paket2bazel repos show up in BCR docs

With the switch to bazel-lib 3.0 it seems documentation is now up on BCR, which is great. However, it seems to include the internal paket2bazel modules as well, which crowds the page: https://registry.bazel.build/docs/rules_dotnet/0.20.5#dotnet-paket-paket2bazel_dependencies_extension-bzl

Would be great if those could be hidden.

Start at the linked BCR documentation page and trace how the generated paket2bazel modules are included in the published documentation. Done means the internal paket2bazel modules no longer appear in the rules_dotnet BCR docs while the public documentation remains available.
