The current Bazel docsite is translated to a bunch of languages. I would guess this was automated and the resulting translations are hard to read.

We might want to have more than just English on the new docsite. I've noticed many projects add Chinese as the second language.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by inspecting the current docsite translation setup and how existing languages are maintained; clarify whether the goal is to replace automated translations, add Chinese, or define a broader localization process. Done should be tied to a specific language or translation workflow and a documented quality check.
