In the Console have an option to theory pages between steps

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add an option to have theory pages between steps where you can explain certain topics you wanna challenge the user on later in the tasks.

Start by locating the Console implementation and how it represents steps and their task prompts. Determine how an intermediate theory page would be authored, stored, displayed, and sequenced before later steps. Done means a learning task can include theory pages between steps and users can proceed through them in order.
