Hi @javan
I am using Trix(1.3.1) in my VueJS application and I am facing a problem. When I try to add an attachment, the "trix-attachment-add" gets triggered multiple times about 5 to 7 times. Any idea why that might be the case and what I might be doing wrong?
* Trix version: 1.3.1
* Browser name and version: Chrome 52
* Operating system: Mac OS BigSur 11.0.1
