Description
Hello,
I’ve encountered an issue when using Trix together with the AdGuard AdBlocker extension in Google Chrome.
Steps to reproduce:
Open https://trix-editor.org/
with AdGuard AdBlocker enabled.
Try editing the text and deleting an image.
The current browser tab freezes, and the only way out is to close it.
After several tests, I confirmed that the problem only occurs when AdGuard AdBlocker is active.
Since AdGuard is widely used by millions of users, this issue could be disruptive.
I hope it can be resolved.
Environment:
OS: Debian 13 (KDE)
Browser: Chrome 140.0.7339.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)
AdGuard AdBlocker extension:
Version: 5.1.143
TSWebExtension: v3.1.0-alpha.4
TSUrlFilter: v3.3.3
Scriptlets: v2.1.6
ExtendedCss: v2.1.1
Thank you!

Research direction
Start by reproducing the freeze at https://trix-editor.org/ in Chrome 140 with AdGuard AdBlocker enabled, then compare behavior with the extension disabled. Focus on editing text and deleting an image; done means the tab no longer freezes in the reported environment or the incompatibility is clearly isolated.
