Description

Thanks for building Thruster first of all.

Since Thruster is created as no config reverse proxy, should it support [page caching](https://guides.rubyonrails.org/caching_with_rails.html#page-caching)? The Rails apps that use page caching can be saved from a lot of moving parts.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked Rails caching guide, especially the page-caching section, and the actionpack-page_caching project it references. Determine whether Thruster's no-config reverse-proxy model can support Rails page caching and define the expected behavior; the issue names no files or tests, so the implementation entry point is not yet identified.
