Document example paths

It'd be nice to include some suggested configuration in the Readme.

We could document some example regex patterns for realistic Rails routes.

We could also seed some example routes, but with "Traffic allowed" as part of the install generator script or db seeds.

Start with the README and inspect the install generator script and database seeds mentioned in the issue. Document realistic Rails route regex examples and add representative routes with “Traffic allowed” where appropriate. Done means the README contains suggested configuration and the setup path includes the requested examples.
