Description

# [docs] Review HTTP partner links in Base Services Hub

The Base Services Hub page includes multiple partner/service links that use `http://`. These should be reviewed and updated to HTTPS where the partner sites support it.

Checked against upstream `base/docs` HEAD:

## Why separate

These are third-party partner/service listings. They should be validated as a group before changing, since some partner links may redirect, have different canonical hosts, or require keeping a specific campaign URL.
