Base/dev linked payments/emv card

I’m unsure whether a base dev ops engineer or other programmer has my contact info or if that is needed for payment from a body data analytics and or neural networking output crypto venture. In the past payment was allocated or allotted to someone locally on a lan or labs style project in my area. I’ve satisfied most of the conditions on the terms of use sheet and c-read me page. I was unable to send out a letter for a terminated POA, but was able to send a text as well as a post to another feed for just that. Maybe that was the issue. Either way, there’s no feasible way for me to pull/move an allotment or other source of distributed payed ethereum on my current device. I’m inquiring as to how I would obtain an emv or other pay(E) card.
