Show question points in the competitor UI

The competitor currently has no way to know which questions are worth the most points

Show the question points in the competitor UI.

I think next to the question select would be good.

Start by locating the competitor UI and its question select control. Show each question's point value next to the selector, and verify that the points are visible for the questions presented to the competitor.
