Submission history looks bad when scaled down

**Describe the bug**
When the submission history is open and the window is scaled down, the text for the submissions starts to overlap.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open submission history for a team with submissions
2. Make the window narrower

**Expected behavior**
- The text should be distinct enough that it looks fine, or
- Something should hide or be truncated, or
- The labels on the left should have a minim width

Start by opening the submission history for a team with submissions and narrowing the window until the text overlaps, using the attached screenshot as the visual reference. Locate the submission history UI entry point and determine whether the completed behavior should preserve distinct text, hide or truncate content, or maintain a minimum width for the left labels.
