Language Names must be the same as the raw name

**Describe the bug**
When configuring a language, the name of the language must be the same as the raw name. This is not how this should work

**Expected behavior**
Language should be shown using the name and sent to the backend using the raw name.

Trace the language configuration flow from the frontend to the backend, focusing on where the display name and raw name are selected and sent. Verify that the language is shown with its name while the request uses its raw name, then test the configuration flow with a language whose values differ.
