24 Hour Option?

From what I can tell it's limited to a maximum of 12 hour time range, correct?

If so, have you thought about allowing up to 24 hours?

I'm a little worried with what that would do to the aesthetic, but I thought I'd post here and get the discussion going a little bit.

Start by reviewing the circular slider component's current 12-hour limit and its SVG and animation behavior. The issue names no files or tests and leaves the 24-hour design and acceptance criteria unresolved, so completion would require an agreed scope before implementation.
