App crashes Android on startup, just by adding the packages, not even importing

Has anyone been able to have this working on Android recently? I've used yarn add for both packages at the latest versions. But without even adding a line of code to reference or import it, the app would crash upon startup with no visible errors anywhere.

Once I yarn remove the packages and re-run my app, everything is back to normal, so the problem happens after I install the packages.

I'm using RN 0.61.5
