Update PARAMETER_SOLVER_TRANSLATING_MAPPING for new Gurobi version

Since version 12.0.1 of Gurobi, the solver no longer supports the "msg" parameter and instead uses "OutputFlag". This requires users to manually update their solver configurations, which is inconvenient and error-prone, especially when upgrading from older versions.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
We propose adding a mapping from "msg" to "OutputFlag" in the PARAMETER_SOLVER_TRANSLATING_MAPPING dictionary. This would allow Cornflow to automatically translate legacy configuration parameters, avoiding the need for manual updates.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The alternative is to manually replace "msg" with "OutputFlag" in all solver configurations. However, this adds maintenance overhead and may lead to confusion or mistakes for users updating their environments.

This change would simplify the migration process to Gurobi 12.0.1 by preserving compatibility with existing configuration files. It aligns with Cornflow's goal of providing abstraction over solver-specific parameter names.
