[Feature Request] Allow removal of built-in tags

Hello,

I have personally many problems with the built-in tags :

- Built-in tags are emojis for most of them, so I have to *learn* their meaning
- And because these tags are emojis, when I read one or use one in a comment, I have to *remember the emoji which _means_* what I want to express
- These tags are also impossible to remove so I cannot adapt my experience, the app force me to work its way. I create my own tags but the built-in ones are still there, taking space on my screen and creating *cognitive noise* for me.

Well, even if emojis looks cool, they are definitely more ambiguous than words. For me it carries more confusion than information. :) By the way, I sure it makes the app less accessible too.

I don't know why you decided to use emojis and make the unremovable and this issue is only my opinion so far. 😅 Anyway, if at least we could delete tags we don't want, it would be great!
