Description
#### 描述问题：
1. 【input-datetime-range日期时间范围选择器组件展示占位太大】，无法通过size调小，最好不是长度写死，希望能像以前一样可以根据包裹内容动态长短，谢谢
2. 【closeOnselect无效】，现在开始和结束时间是单个分开选，那么就和其他datepicker组件一样不需要[确定]按钮了
3. 【ranges太多会超长】，现版ranges间距调大了，ranges太多会超长，展示效果不好，同时也希望有点边距
4. 【起始时间无大小约束】，起始时间分开选择后，没有前小后大约束，每次都手动设置的话会增加不少不必要
