Pod 如何水平扩缩容？

架构图里画的是一个Pod 有两个疑问，辛苦帮忙答疑一下：
1、Pod 是如何水平扩缩的呢？流量增高，一个Pod 不足以处理请求时，Pod 是如何水平扩容的呢？
2、Pod 内部funclet container 里创建的多个runtime container 虽然是动态扩缩的，但是，Pod 资源大小已经占用了，不论里面的runtime container 是增加还是减少 Pod 占用的资源好像是一样的。是怎么节省资源的呢？
