List branches sorted by last commit time

It would be great if we could have the ability to get some ordering on our branches

Some projects have a lot of branches and it is hard to navigate through them. While it's obvious that it's bad practice to keep a lot of branches - you do not always have control over the repo.

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the branch-listing command in this repository and check how it obtains branch data; done means branches are displayed in last-commit-time order, making large branch lists easier to navigate.
