Add a feature to store session file on the disk

Please find a way to store data-session data on the disk. Right now if we close cypress instance all the session data would get lost. If we store session data on disk, then after launching other new session of cypress we can restore the files from disk to browser and continue the execution.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating where session data is currently stored and how Cypress sessions are initialized and restored. Done means session data survives closing one Cypress instance and can be restored in a later instance so execution continues.
