automatic release of versions to npm is broken

as mentioned in https://github.com/bahmutov/cache-require-paths/pull/12#issuecomment-386129688 :

From the log of the travis run it attempted to make the release, but failed on that.
This means the fix contained in master (https://github.com/bahmutov/cache-require-paths/commit/f42dea35ee714829540204248ac368dad80f5256) is not available via npmjs.org
