Wrong input view size on iPad with attached hardware keyboard

Description
Experienced with Chatto 3.6, the input view size is shrunk to approx. 44pt.
**Repro steps:**
- Run the sample app on an iPad with a hardware keyboard attached
- Can also be reproduced using the simulator
- Open any example in the sample app
- Switch from text input item to gallery item
- It'll look fine at this point
- Switch back to text input mode
- Switch back to gallery item
- Observe the bug
