How to implement custom slide-in animation after scroll-to-bottom animation finished

I have been implementing slide in animation in chatto for cells. slide-in animation is not a problem but synchronising with scroll animation. i want to hide the cell in very beginning, and then bring the cell in visible area programatically (using scroll to bottom action) then slide in?

Any idea how can we do that? Any help/advice much be appreciated.
