Combo badges for awesome lists

I'd like to design some combo badges that can be used on awesome lists and possible comparison tables. These would aggregate a few key benchmarks to make it more feasible to include them in awesome lists or other tables.

I'm hoping to do this in conjunction with awesome-react which I help maintain (enaqx/awesome-react#731), though if that doesn't pan out I could look for another outlet (like picking up the discussion at https://github.com/enaqx/awesome-react/issues/731#issuecomment-452100249).

It's possible that the design process will not generalize well enough to be part of the main badge server. That said, I think it's worth incubating the idea here and seeing where we end up.

Are folks cool with incubating an idea like this within Shields?
