Add archive.include/exclude by modification date

I would like to backup some files that have been modified on a specific date, let's say yesterday. I think that this is a common case for backing up some kind of logs or stream data. I would greatly appreciate adding a feature that would enable me to include/exclude files from the `archive.root` based on the modification date.
