Multple backups by time with rsync

I ended up using Arq on my Mac workstation in order to backup to Amazon Glacier while taking the minimum amount of space required.

Backup + rsync works great, but having only one full copy synced is not what I want. I'm wondering if you guys plan on adding support for adding support for multiple incremental backups by time with rsync (an abstraction for this: https://blog.interlinked.org/tutorials/rsync_time_machine.html).
