Failing to create pull requests if I transferred my fork

I recently transferred most of my forks into a organization called `evandroforks`. But now backstroke is not following the GitHub redirection and is not creating pull requests automatically.

The difference from the above case, is that the upstream had renamed from `rand3k` to `SublimeText`. Now on this case, my fork had renamed from `evandrocoan` to `evandroforks`:
