I want to reply to an AI agent review and/or "approve/reject" its comments

I want to sign off on AI agent review comments or to reject them.

Currently I see no way in the UI to do so. I have been commenting on the lines of code related to their comments and saying "Seconded" as a workaround. But I would rather have a 👍🏻 / 👎🏻 reaction emoji, and/or a "Let's talk about this" button so I can tell my coding agent to pause and ask before implementing what was suggested.
