继续分享模型，250K模型

这个模型忘记分享了，之前只分享了160K的aishell3，这个是250K的aishell3单数据集模型，同样是基于batch size 96，以及老版本上训练的。

**实测新版本改兼容代码，以及用作者tag的旧版本依然不可用。所以我直接分享训练时用的旧版本，内置了这个260K的模型。也就是名为mandarin.pt的，已经替换成260K的了。**

**考虑到很多人没有百度网盘会员，所以这次增加了直链下载，复制到浏览器即可下载。**
