Updates to the team page

I think we continue to improve on this page, and take from some things from [vue](https://vuejs.org/v2/guide/team.html).

We don't have translated docs yet (we should figure that out too), and also versioned docs 😛
but I do like the links to location/language?

aside: I would like to add a blurb from everyone who wants to say something - like how they got involved, etc
