Feature request for Sandbox
**The problem is:** values in the Sandbox aren't saved on refresh, or when another person views someone's link
**Outputs we'd consider:**
- A URL that developers can send to each other to view/edit/comment
**Design spec:**
1. Possibly: the URL would have queries that would hold the state values
