Can't install babel-plugin-transform-remove-console getting unable to resolve dependency tree error

**Describe the bug**

Can't install the plugin.

**To Reproduce**

Minimal code to reproduce the bug

npm install babel-plugin-transform-remove-console --save-dev
```

**Actual Output**
