Description
- Currently there are two links/routes int the side-nav that are not yet implemented.
- It'd be nice to have brief explanations for how I intend to build them:
1. Asset Allocation: Allow the user to select from basic asset types like US Treasuries, Stocks, Mutual Funds, and Real Estate. Poll their historical gains over a given time span and use those rates in the calculation. Ex: Set 50% stocks 50% RE and compare to 30% Bonds and 70% stocks.
2. Time Travel: Allow the user to select a date to start the calculation.
