Reading [here](https://bsi-infraroom.github.io/IFC-Documentation-Tunnel/4_4_0_0/general/HTML/link/ifcbuiltelement.htm), under the section `Concept usage`, looking at *Spatial containment* with Table 57:
I believe this should be expanded with infrastructure usages, e.g. `IfcFacility`, `IfcFacilityPart`.
