Description
In the attached document there are three different typical cross sections that, in the design, are used at various portions along the alignment. During construction, number of holes may differ from the design depending on the real world situation.
This case needs elaboration both regarding the design vs construction representations and the different properties captured during these stages. See also issue #485 about design vs construction properties.
