Proposed objects: Would be some IfcLinearElements
Option 1: **RiskSection** with Properties reagarding "Risk assessment" and "Risk treatment"
Option 2 : **RiskAssessmentSection** and **RiskTreamentSection** . This option (prefered) would offer more flexibility : 1 treatment applied to several risk assessments or vice versa
